Thinking Differently

So what should we make of that voice in our head,

since our lives are determined by just what it says.

Sometimes best friend, at others the enemy within,

It can resemble a fight between the Yang and the Yin.

Thoughts hold the key to how effectively we function,

But too often our minds feel like spaghetti junction.

Fears and doubts rising up from the depths within

So direct those thoughts wisely, and don't let them win.
